This program allows you to use the world's best DiSC assessment with your team while providing you with the tools needed to guide your own discussion about the assessment together. You (or your meeting facilitator) do NOT need expertise with personality theory or with the Everything DiSC assessment to do this. Before beginning this program, all participants should have completed the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and you should also have received a Group Culture Report, A Facilitator Report, and a Team View Report When you combine this program with the custom reports above, you and your team can dive into the process of understanding each other and improving team dynamics, communication, and culture.
